1. Frequent spelling and grammar errors in the materials
2. No official website – do a Google search you can’t find it – any real conference would have 100?s of pages linking to it.
3. The use of free email addresses – Yahoo, Hotmail and Google – They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.
4. An email lottery – you’ve got to be kidding. This is laughable
   
5. The request to keep this confidential – this is so you don’t find out it’s a scam
